This policy explains what personal data Evolvion Systems ("we", "us") collects through our websites and waitlists, including evolvionsystems.com and threadcarry.evolvionsystems.com, and what we do with it. Evolvion Systems is operated by Noman Fareed.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups. When you join a waitlist we collect your email address and any optional answers you give: which AI tools you use, what you find most annoying, and what you might pay.
- Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few events, such as demo clicks and sign-ups. It works without cookies and reports aggregated data. It does not identify you personally.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.
Why we use it
- To email you about the product you signed up for: beta invitations, launch news and founding-member offers.
- To decide what to build, using your answers in aggregate.
- To understand how people use our websites.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Who processes it
- Web3Forms receives waitlist submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
- Vercel hosts our websites and provides analytics.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our email inbox.
- If we sell paid plans later, payments will be handled by a merchant of record such as Paddle. We never see or store your full card details.
Browser extension data
ThreadCarry is designed so that your chats are indexed and stored in your own browser. A product-specific privacy policy explaining exactly what the extension can access will be published before the extension is released.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until the product launches and for as long as you stay subscribed to updates. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email nomanfareed681@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell waitlist members by email.
